At Harvest Construction, we specialize in new build construction, exemplified by our South Shore Road project. This development involved constructing two detached four-bedroom homes on a greenfield site. Our team managed the entire process—from initial design and groundworks to full completion—within 12 months.
The project began with comprehensive site clearance, foundation laying, drainage setup, and subfloor installation. We then constructed the rising walls, applied cavity insulation, and installed floor joists and roof structures. During the first fix phase, our skilled carpenters, electricians, and plumbers ensured all structural and utility elements were meticulously integrated. We fitted windows and doors manufactured by our sister company, Harvest Energy, offering options such as UPVC, Aluclad, and Lumi to meet diverse client preferences.
South Shore Road was a new build of two detached 4 bedroom homes on a greenfield site. Harvest Construction took the site from initial design, groundworks and construction to full finish in 12 months. Windows and doors were all manufactured and fitted by our sister company Harvest Energy. With full interior design including paint, floors and tiling all completed by our in-house contractors. The Interiors including kitchens and wardrobes were also designed and manufactured by our team.

FIRST FIX:
Carpentry, Electrical, and Plumbing First Fix, Heating, Slabbing, Skimming, Window fitting of preferred window spec including UPVC, Aluclad and Lumi.
SECOND FIX:
Electrical and Plumbing Second Fix, Doors, Floors, Skirting, Architrave, Heat Pump, Kitchen Fit-Out, Bathroom Fixtures and Fittings.
