Ellen's Court
At Harvest Construction, we are proud to showcase Ellen’s Court, a residential development project that highlights our commitment to quality and efficiency. This project involved the construction of two terraced and four semi-detached A-rated homes. Our team managed every aspect of the development, from groundworks to final completion, ensuring that the project was delivered within a 12-month timeframe, including all interior finishes.
The construction process began with site clearance, foundation work, drainage, and subfloor installations. From there, we completed the rising walls, added cavity insulation, and built the floor joists and roof structures. During the first fix stage, we handled carpentry, electrical and plumbing installations, heating systems, and window fitting. The windows included options such as UPVC, Aluclad, and Lumi to meet diverse preferences.
The second fix stage included finalizing electrical and plumbing systems, fitting doors, floors, skirting, and architraves, and installing heat pumps, kitchens, and bathroom fixtures. Each stage was completed with meticulous attention to detail to ensure that the homes were both functional and visually appealing. Residential Development.

FIRST FIX:
Carpentry, Electrical, and Plumbing First Fix, Heating, Slabbing, Skimming, Window fitting of preferred window spec including UPVC, Aluclad and Lumi.
SECOND FIX:
Electrical and Plumbing Second Fix, Doors, Floors, Skirting, Architrave, Heat Pump, Kitchen Fit-Out, Bathroom Fixtures and Fittings.
