Project Brief
After contacting us with a brief project description we will organise an initial consult with one of our team members at your home to discuss through the project and your requirements. We will run through your estimated budget for the project to enable our team to ascertain the best quality and value for you. If you are undertaking a new build we will have a look at your plans, if it’s a home renovation we will do a walk though of the property. With all this information we will head back to the office to begin work on your design proposal.
Design Proposal
Our construction manager works closely withPCA engineers and consultants to come upwith the best design for yourproject that will fit both your needs and your budget. At this stage our team will go through your proposed design with you and make any adjustments or amendments before finalising all the details of the design.
Quotation
After you have approved your design proposal a fully comprehensive quote will be processed and forwarded to you for review. After review we will run through any questions regarding costings and adjust where necessary. Harvest Construction will never have hidden fees – you will be fully aware of all costings prior to commencement of the project. As our client we want you to be happy and comfortable that you are getting what you need within your budget.
Contract & Schedule of Works
Harvest Construction will now issue you with a contract and a schedule of works. Both documents will be signed by the client and the dedicated site manager. Schedule of Works document will outline the project timeframe from start to finish – this will enable you to see what will be happening on a daily and/or weekly basis (daily/weekly basis is dependent on the size of the project). This will give you a good indication of when you will be able to enjoy your new home.
Construction
On your scheduled start date the team of Harvest Construction will begin working on site, so its time to sit back and watch your dreams come to reality. Your dedicated site manager will be available throughout the entire process to make your project and smooth and enjoyable experience.
