Millbrook Renovation
At Harvest Construction, we undertook an extensive renovation and extension project at Millbrook in Skerries, Co. Dublin. This endeavor involved a comprehensive retrofit of the entire house and the addition of a 40-square-meter A-rated extension to the rear. Our team executed a full rewire and installed underfloor heating insulation, elevating the house to modern standards.
Retrofitting Efforts:
We insulated the roof and external walls, incorporated acoustic insulation, and installed triple-glazed windows to enhance energy efficiency and soundproofing. To improve air tightness, we implemented advanced ventilation systems. Our team also upgraded the heating system, plumbing, and electrical wiring to ensure modern functionality.
