It involved the renovation and retro fit of 6 existing apartments into 4 luxury 2&3 Bed apartments on the beautiful seafront in Skerries. This building had been fire damaged and required a huge amount of new construction and fit out to bring it up to a high standard of finish.

Carpentry, Slabbing, Skimming, Window fitting of preferred window spec UPVC, electrical and plumbing second fix, doors, floors, skirting, architrave, heat pump, kitchen fit out, bathroom fixtures and fittings, Floor Joists, Roof Structure.
