Island View Apartments. Our renovation work included comprehensive carpentry, slabbing, and skimming. We installed UPVC windows, completed second-fix electrical and plumbing tasks, and fitted new doors, floors, skirting, and architraves. Additionally, we integrated heat pumps, conducted kitchen fit-outs, and installed bathroom fixtures and fittings. Structural enhancements involved reinforcing floor joists and the roof structure.

Island View Apartments in Skerries was an extensive renovation project undertaken over he course of 12 months. It involved the renovation and retro fit of 6 existing apartments into 4 luxury 2&3 Bed apartments on the beautiful seafront in Skerries. This building had been fire damaged and required a huge amount of new construction and fit out to bring it up to a high standard of finish.

Insulate roof, Insulate external walls, Acoustic Insulation, Triple glazed windows, Air tightness, Ventilation, Heating system, Plumbing, Re-wiring, Light and Power.
RENOVATION:
