At Harvest Construction, we completed a full renovation at Spickelstown, transforming the property into a modern, energy-efficient home. This comprehensive project included a 40-square-meter extension, enhancing the functionality and aesthetic appeal of the residence. Our team managed every aspect of the full renovation, ensuring the highest standards of quality and attention to detail.
The project involved advanced retrofitting, such as insulating the roof and external walls, adding acoustic insulation, and installing triple-glazed windows. To further improve energy efficiency, we upgraded the heating system, plumbing, and electrical wiring, while implementing advanced ventilation systems to ensure optimal air tightness.
In addition to these upgrades, we focused on interior enhancements. Our work included fitting UPVC windows, completing second-fix electrical and plumbing tasks, and installing new doors, floors, skirting, and architraves. We also carried out kitchen fit-outs and installed bathroom fixtures, ensuring the property was both functional and visually appealing.
