Ellen's Court
Ellens Court saw the construction of two terraced and four semi-detached A-rated homes. All of the construction from groundworks to completion was overseen by the team at Harvest Construction. The entire project was completed in 12 months including interiors.
GROUNDWORKS AND MAIN STRUCTURE:
Site Clearance, Foundations, Drainage and Subfloors, Rising Walls, Cavity Insulation, Floor Joists, Roof Structure.
FIRST FIX:
Carpentry, Electrical, and Plumbing First Fix, Heating, Slabbing, Skimming, Window fitting of preferred window spec including UPVC, Aluclad and Lumi.
SECOND FIX:
Electrical and Plumbing Second Fix, Doors, Floors, Skirting, Architrave, Heat Pump, Kitchen Fit-Out, Bathroom Fixtures and Fittings.
