TEMPLAR House
Design and Build Project Dublin.
This was a complete design and build project by Harvest Construction. The build was taken from greenfield site to turn key finish less than 6 months from commencement on site. All works including site clearing, groundworks, structures and interiors were completed by the Harvest Construction Team.
GROUNDWORKS AND MAIN STRUCTURE:
Site Clearance, Foundations, Drainage and Subfloors, Rising Walls, Cavity Insulation, Floor Joists, Roof Structure.
FIRST FIX:
Carpentry, Electrical, and Plumbing First Fix, Heating, Slabbing, Skimming, Window fitting of preferred window spec including UPVC, Aluclad and Lumi.
SECOND FIX:
Electrical and Plumbing Second Fix, Doors, Floors, Skirting, Architrave, Heat Pump, Kitchen Fit-Out, Bathroom Fixtures and Fittings.
