Castlebrook House
This was a two stage project, initially works was focused on the existing cottage with full re- wiring and plumbing and interior fit-out. After a successful planning application, a large two storey extension with rear garage basement was constructed and fully fitted by our team at Harvest Construction.
RETROFIT:
Insulate roof, Insulate external walls, Acoustic insulation, Triple glazed windows, Air tightness, Ventilation, Heating system, Plumbing, Re-wiring, Light and Power.
RENOVATION:
Carpentry, Slabbing, Skimming, Window fitting of preferred window spec Lumi Electrical and Plumbing Second Fix, Doors, Floors, Skirting, Architrave, Heat Pump.
